Blue Arrow is recruiting for a fixed term Food & Beverage manager to join a thriving & luxury hotel in Aberdeen.

As entry level, this temporary role is perfect for someone looking to step up to management level in the hospitality sector. The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of supervising a team in bar, restaurant or events settings.

Responsibilities will include:

- Duty Management Shifts: You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure seamless transitions during shift changes.
- Bar and Restaurant Management: From crafting delightful cocktails to maintaining a welcoming ambiance, you'll be at the heart of our guests' dining experiences.
- Event Coordination: Whether it's an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, you'll coordinate events flawlessly, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.
- Supporting Daily Conferences: Our hotel hosts conferences and meetings regularly. Your role will involve providing exceptional service to conference attendees.
- Maintaining High Service Standards: Upholding our commitment to excellence, you'll ensure that guests receive top-notch service throughout their stay.

What we need from you:

- Commitment for the fixed term duration (Early April to End of September).
- Previous experience in F&B management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
