Are you currently looking for a new opportunity as a F&B member? My client is a luxury 4-star hotel based in Shepton Mallet that is currently looking for an new and eager F&B (Food and Beverage) member to join their team. Within regards to the opportunity, they are looking for someone who can work well in a team as well as communicate with both staff and guests exceptionally.

What does the role entail?

Your roles as an F&B member will be to help the hotel team throughout food services and events and room service ensuring key areas of the business are supported and developed. You will be working alongside the rest of the food and beverage team to ensure the hotel standards are met. You will help to administer the day-to-day food & beverage service duties. This includes but is not limited to, opening and closing, answering calls, taking food & beverage orders, and preparing meals and beverages to bring to the costumer.

What they are looking for:

The ideal candidate for this F&B role will be able to perform the above duties with ease. It would be advantageous if you have experience in food and beverage, as well as in hotels all though this is not essential. It would also be advantageous if you are up to date on current customer trends. Above all, you will be a hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy team player, who can step in to support and help the company and your colleagues grow.
