Location: Covering from Exeter, Swindon and Southampton

Salary: upto £34k + van and fuel card

Job type: 1 year fixed term contract

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Social Housing Flooring Multi to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring installations in social housing projects. This role requires a versatile individual who can work on various flooring projects, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project deadlines.

The ideal candidate is to be located aroud Bridgewater, Glastonbury, Bath and Salisbury as you will be covering a large patch.

Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of flooring materials in social housing units, including but not limited to carpet, vinyl, and laminate.
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific spaces accurately.
• Assess and prepare subfloors for installation.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in flooring installation, with a focus on social housing projects.
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in social housing projects.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.
