A new opportunity has become available for a First Line Support to join an established hazardous and non hazardous waste company. The position will involve working in a busy office, completing day to day operations of IT service desk, such as repairs, report generation and general user queries. In return the client can offer a permanent contract after 12 week trial and free onsite parking.
THE JOB ROLE
- Day to day operations of IT service desk, such as repairs, report generation and general user queries.
- Telephone queries with companies in relation to services for IT such as stockists and suppliers
- Temporary to permanent contract, 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday, £7.55p/h
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge of Windows and Android OS (advantageous but not a requirement as this can be taught through the role)
- Knowledge or awareness of SQL, HTML/CSS, ASP and PHP also advantageous but can be taught through the role
