Fire Engineer

Senior Fire Engineer required for our client, a well-established BAFE accredited Fire and Security company who offer solutions for your fire, intruder, CCTV and security requirements. They are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team, due to expansion within the business.

You will be covering works across London and the surrounding areas, including the M25, so being happy with travel is a necessity.

Senior Fire Engineer Position Remuneration

• £40,000 - £50,000 DOE, £70K OTE
• Performance Bonuses
• 21 days + 8BH, (1 day extra after a year of employment up until 24 days.)

Senior Fire Engineer Position Overview

Senior Team Leader Fire Alarm Engineer required to carry out, Site Surveys, Commissioning, Project Management, Maintenance and Remedials on different Fire systems, such as alarms and fire extinguishers as well as different security systems, including CCTV, Intruder and Access Control.

You will also be required to Mentor/Support and Develop a Small Team of Engineers, as well as customer/client liaison, complete work report sheets and certifications.

Senior Fire Engineer Position Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Expertise in commissioning, servicing, and carrying out remedial work on Fire Alarm Systems, including Addressable and Conventional Systems.
• Experience carrying out Emergency Lighting and Fire Extinguisher Testing and servicing.
• Knowledge of Intruder and Access Control (desirable)
• Experience in leading a small team of engineers
• Attend the on-call rota (1 in 6)
• Full UK Driving Licence
