My client is looking to recruit a freelance Finishing Manager/Finishing Foreman for an immediate start on a care home project based in Eastleigh for a 5 month contract.

About the Company/Client/Project:

Regional contractor with a turnover of £55m working within the commercial, education, health, industrial and residential sectors across Hampshire and surrounding.

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Candidates must have worked on care home/residential projects in the past and be able to display hands on approach and is locally based to Eastleigh due to potential future works.

Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS and 3 day First Aid.

Candidates must be from a carpentry trade background with a solid work history as a Finishing Manager/Finishing Foreman.
