- Working for a financial services group taking inbound calls
- Candidates should be ready to deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Candidates must be fully flexible working a 40 hour week, Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am - 8pm, working 5 days out of 7 Sunday on a shift rota (1 in 6)
- Candidates are ideally savvy to financial data and information, and be ready to take on a great deal of information orientated around financial services
- Candidates will need to pass a DBS check, credit check and be able to provide a full employment history for referencing/clearance
- £8.96 per hour rising to £9.54 after 6 months + bonus
