This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a professional and adaptable Administrator who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style.
You will undertake client related administration in order to assist Independent Financial Advisers in the provision of independent financial services to clients.
Key responsibilities of the Financial Services Administrator includes:
You will be working as part of their team helping with all aspects of office administration including:
- Diary and email management
- Arranging appointments
- Client communications by telephone and e-mail
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- Supporting Consultants with client related administration
- Preparing all documentation for client meetings and ensuring client information is recorded accurately
- Maintaining client and portfolio records
- Processing client new business and general client administration as required
- Producing financial product and investment product recommendation reports
- Maintaining client and portfolio records
To be a successful Financial Services Administrator you will demonstrate:
- Office Administration experience, ideally in Financial Services
- Good team player with a flexible approach
- Excellent organisational skills, and be a self-starter
- Attention to detail to ensure production of accurate and timely documents
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Confidence to deal with third parties and can work with total discretion
