**FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR**
Working for a firm of Independent Financial Advisers who specialise in financial protection, for individuals, families and small businesses; retirement planning; and individual and workplace pensions. Due to recent significant growth, the business is looking to appoint a new Administrator to support the team
YOUR NEW JOB...
The role will be working within a busy finance team based in York and will involve the following duties -
*To arrange client appointments by telephone, email or post
*To book and prepare the meeting room for client meetings
*To collate new client or review packs in preparation for client meetings
*To process paperwork following client meetings, create and maintain clients' records in the company's client relationship management (CRM) systems
*To record and file client FactFind documentation
*To liaise with product providers, on a daily basis, to collate client specific information
*To document and record product valuations
*To prepare client specific product illustrations: pension illustrations, life assurance quotations, investment quotations To undertake fund research
*To draft and prepare client reports
*General administration and filing
*To answer the main telephone, answer queries, forward calls or take messages as appropriate
To apply for this role we are looking for somebody who is good with figures with a great attention to detail and appreciation of the importance of data accuracy. Ideally somebody with excellent communication skills who is able to build a rapport with the staff, existing and potential clients, in person and on the telephone
Previous experience in the Financial Services sector is ideal with some understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority's compliance requirements.

Up to £20K Salary, Working hours - full time however some flexibility can be given
