In this Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, role you will:

  • Lead a team of ten direct reports, providing support and fostering effective development as needed.
  • Take full ownership of business partnering for a dedicated business directorate, ensuring precise monthly reporting, comprehensive financial understanding among key stakeholders, and efficient quarterly reforecasting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for both business partnering and research finance functions by identifying and implementing process and system enhancements.
  • Oversee the production of TRAC reports, offering guidance and expertise to colleagues to ensure accuracy and reliability.
