As a financial planning administrator, you will prepare files for annual reviews, manage the letter of authority process, administer risk questionnaires, act as a point of contact for clients, and support the wider team, amongst other tasks.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working within a financial planning firm and a good understanding of what a financial planning administrator is.
  • Engaged in their learning and becoming the best version of themselves.
  • Strong general IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
