Salary: to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits + Full Study Support

A leading wealth management and investment firm is seeking an ambitious and recently qualified Financial Planner to join their Edinburgh team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual (minimum Level 4 qualified) looking to accelerate their career within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You’ll play a key role in developing new client relationships while also managing and growing existing ones. This is not a farming role — success here will come from your ability to identify opportunities, win new business, and collaborate effectively across internal teams, especially with the firm’s investment managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning

  • Build and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on relationship development and retention

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify new opportunities and deliver a seamless client experience

  • Contribute actively to the firm’s growth strategy through networking and business development

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recently qualified Financial Planner (minimum Level 4), with a commitment to achieving Chartered status (full support provided)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative and client-centric approach

  • Commercially aware with the drive and confidence to develop new business opportunities

  • A strong team player, able to work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and clients

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of up to £60,000 + bonus

  • Full paraplanning and admin support to let you focus on advising and relationship-building

  • Private medical insurance, group life cover, income protection, generous pension, and more

  • Clear progression pathway and access to a wide network of internal referrals

  • Strong commitment to professional development and ongoing study support

This is a unique chance to join a dynamic team within a well-respected firm, with plenty of scope to shape your future and build your profile in the industry.
