Financial Director Designate

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the team in all aspects of the day-to-day accounting functions.
• Responsible for the relationships with key Financial stakeholders i.e. banks, auditors, finance companies etc
• Responsible for managing the cash within all businesses.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to support business growth.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Finance Team produce accurate and timely management accounts and relating KPI reports
• Responsible for supporting the businesses through growth and change
• Ensure that the annual audited accounts are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for production of Annual Budgets, Forecasts and Planning.
• Support and take responsibility where required for business projects to support the growth and profit improvement of the businesses.
• Responsible for helping the business to identify opportunities for improvement as part of their business and quality strategy.

Your profile;

• Qualified - ACCA/ACMA/ACA
• At least 5 years post qualification experience
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Operationally facing experience is preferable.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
