Financial Controller (Guaranteed Pathway to Finance Director)£70,000 + Bonus, Profit Share, Life Assure , Private Healthcare & moreManchester City Centre / Hybrid

Are you a Financial Controller wanting to be a Finance director within 12 months? If so, read on. If not, please don't apply, this role won't be suitable for you!

The current, highly skilled Finance Director will nurture your talent, be your dedicated mentor and pass over his critical knowledge and expertise with 12 months before he steps back in the business to become a silent partner, promoting you to Finance Director and giving you the full autonomy to lead the Finance team and be the trusted advisor the other Directors.

  • After 6 months - salary increase to £75,000.
  • After 12 months - salary increase to £80,000 + £8,000 car allowance.
  • Finance Director title and Director status + profit share bonus.
