Character fit and willingness to learn is more important than specific skills, therefore the client is open to qualified accountants (or finalists) seeking their first move from chartered or those looking to progress their career within industry who are on an upward trajectory.Your new roleAs an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in steering the companies' financial health and growth. You'll dive deep into financial data, craft strategic insights, and enable leadership to make informed decisions on budgeting, spending, and investment strategies. You will perform complex financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, in addition to advising the business of financial trends and outcomes. You will be inquisitive when it comes to the utilisation of business intelligence tools in order to dive into the data in order to lift out the insights. What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or ACA or soon to qualify) with strong business partnering qualities and an analytical mindset. You will relish working in an analytically facing role and feel comfortable working within a business growing at a pace where there will be plenty of ad-hoc requests for information.
