Reed Specialist Recruitment are proud to be representing a boutique IFA firm, who are looking for driven and motivated Financial Advisers to join their team remotely, on an employed basis.

Our client is a well established IFA practice, who specialise in helping medical professionals (NHS and private) achieve their financial goals, and plan for the future. They have a vast client bank which self-generates new business through daily enquiries, as well as referrals from existing clients recommending the service - they are looking for an adviser to turn these referrals and enquiries into new business through exemplary service and bespoke financial advice.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and confident they are able to fulfil their client's needs whilst working remotely. There will be the requirement to meet the rest of the team once per quarter to share best practice and meet CPD requirements (this would be in Cheltenham) but other than that, the role is 100% remote.

Leads are provided, along with internal sales and marketing training which will allow you to make the most of every opportunity, as well as generate new ones to build your own client bank.

The successful candidate will possess -

- Full Level 4 Diploma (CAS & SPS beneficial but not essential)

- CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification

- Strong Financial Services sales background

- Drive to exceed sales targets working remotely

In return, the successful candidate will receive -

- Base salary starting at £36,000 depending on experience

- Competitive bonus scheme paid monthly after first quarter

- Royal London AE scheme

- Work laptop provided

- Warm leads and sales training provided
