Job Title: Financial Adviser - IR35 Contractor Specialist
Location: Chorley, Lancashire (Hybrid role, with 2-3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 base salary, with OTE averaging £80,000
Benefits: Employee owner share scheme (after 6 months) providing an additional tax-free £3,000 annually on average.
Are you an experienced Financial Adviser with a knack for providing tailored advice to individuals impacted by IR35 legislation changes? Our client, a leading Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), is seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to join their team in Chorley, Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert financial advice to contractors impacted by IR35 legislation changes.
- Handle a high volume of enquiries and appointments efficiently.
- Utilize warm leads provided by the company, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.
- Conduct all client meetings remotely, offering flexibility and accessibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, ideally with exposure to IR35-related matters.
- Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) essential.
