Capio Recruitment are currently working with an leading advice firm on an opportunity for an experienced financial adviser to join their team within Grantham,

The firm provides financial advice across Pensions, Investments, IHT and Wealth Management, and have considerable growth plans, with backing from one of the UK’s largest wealth managers. They are a forward thinking firm of genuinely good people who want to provide a premium level of technical service, in an easy to digest format.

This role would be very suitable for an experienced individual who is looking for a new home to continue to provide a premium level of service, within a reputable firm based in the area.

There is also full administration and paraplanning support available for the incoming advisor along with a smooth compliance process from a firm that embrace the use of technology to make the advice process easier.

So, if you are an experienced adviser who is looking for an opportunity to work within a firm who have a track record of providing an industry leading service, then this could be a great move for you.

The Required Skills:

  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum and signed off with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
  • Experience with managing a sizeable client book
  • Strong technical knowledge around pensions and Investments.
  • Knowledge and understanding of cash-flow modeling would be advantageous.
