Salary: Hugley flexible, able to consider most senior salaries plus bonus and generous benefits package.

Currently going through a process of transition, they are planning for an exciting future and as a consequence looking for new talented individuals to help drive them forward.
About therole:
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven qualified Independent Financial Adviser to complement our existing team. The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to create new opportunities and service existing clients to assist with the firms’ future development plans.
Ideally the successful candidate will be a Chartered Financial Planner and will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of investments and pensions.
Skills and Experience
- Either Chartered status or close to
- Proven track record - minimum 3 years
- A proactive approach to client care, able to take ownership of your work and meet deadlines and targets
- Able and willing to work with IT, including specialist industry software
- Have a good understanding of regulation and legislation applicable to an advisory role
- Experience in attracting and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Able to nurture existing and generate new professional connections
- Enthusiasm, drive, determination and self-motivation to secure new business
- A high level of confidence, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
