Financial Accountant

Reed Finance are partnered exclusively with a longstanding client in Bicester to recruit a new Financial Account on a permanent basis, with hybrid working (two days at home). This international business based in Bicester has a fantastic culture and continues to grow in the UK. Reporting into the Finance Manager and working alongside another Financial Accountant who will be part of a small Finance team who value inclusion, diversity, and have worked hard to create a welcoming and positive working environment

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver financial information with precision and punctuality.
• Engage in monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
• Support the Finance Manager and collaborate with the wider finance team.
• Preparation of management accounts 
• Maintaining fixed asset register 
• Manage accruals, prepayments, company car schedules and year-end P11d's 

This role would be suited to a qualified or QBE accountant with strengths in fixed assets, commentary, and translating financial data to non-finance professionals. You will be a team player with a can-do attitude who thrives in a close-knit team, happy to get stuck in a support your colleagues at all levels, and be looking for a long-term.
