Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Support Administrator to be based within a Finance team with our client in Stepps.
This role will initially last for 6 months but definitely has the potential to last longer.The role itself will mainly be using Excel and there is a fair volume of transactional processing required so a high level of detail, accuracy and productivity is essential. You must be able to use V look ups, Pivot tables and formulas within Excel.
Job duties will include:
- Validating and processing data
- Interpreting spreadsheets
- Using databases and bespoke corporate systems in order to pull reports together
- Managing the main email in-box to the team - delegating and assigning tasks.
The successful candidate should be a competent user of Excel and Word, training will be provided on all internal systems.
