The primary responsibility involves overseeing the day-to-day queries and workload of the transactional finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing both accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
- Reconciling accounts thoroughly, including the reconciliation of all received cash.
- Proposing and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Serving as the focal point for finance-related queries from colleagues and external suppliers.
- Enhancing existing reporting mechanisms to streamline communication.
- The ideal candidate will boast substantial experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivables. Proficiency in Excel is a critical requirement. Effective communication skills are a must, along with the ability to be the point person for finance inquiries. As part of a tightly-knit team, you should be a collaborative team player capable of taking a leadership role.
