Your new role
As the Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the financial services function for the Business incorporating Payroll, Pension and Systems Administration. This role will have line management responsibility for the relevant function leaders and so candidates should have experience of personnel management, volume payroll rollout, exposure to Public Sector Pension Administration and exposure to working within a busy finance department.

Ability to work within an agile and diverse team
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, candidates will need to be fully qualified or within the last throws of actively pursuing qualification at ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA level (or equivalent).
Experience of working within a Government/Treasury funded finance environment (Public Sector)
Exposure to previous line management responsibility
