Mitchell Adam are excited to be recruiting for our ambitious and rapidly growing Consultancy client, based in a beautiful office in the Solihull area. Due to a creative business model and aggressive growth plans, they are pioneering their niche and require a hands-on Finance Manager to run the show and be the crucial bridge between the businesses' financials and c-suite stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, inspired and confident individual with a desire to be hands on with the businesses financial management and build rapport throughout. You will be taking on a fast-paced role in an entertaining culture, driven by the personalities that make the business tick. In this role, you will be managing the budgets, controlling income, cash flow and expenditure - then compiling financial statements and reports with commentaries to present to the Directors. You will also be challenged with compiling the small company Payroll and completing the Credit Control before handing off to external accountants.
