Finance Manager

Rutherford Briant are in the process of recruiting a Finance Manager for an award-winning business whose offices are based in Loughton. They pride themselves on ensuring that their clients are provided an experience that surpasses their expectations through their various platforms.

Our client is now looking to add a Finance Manager to work alongside their Group Financial Controller. They are ideally seeking an ACCA/CIMA qualified professional with prior experience in managing/supervising a team and strong exposure to producing management accounts.

They are offering a competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000, as well as a wide range of competitive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Group Management Accounts across multiple entities.
• Overseeing a team of 3 within transactional finance.
• Month-end reporting and variance analysis to influence strategic decision-making.
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns.
• Monitoring the financial performance of the company alongside the Financial Controller.
• Reviewing the weekly/monthly payment runs.
• Assisting with year-end audits.

Requirements:

• Produced full management accounts.
• Previous experience leading/supervising a team.
• Solid Excel skills.
• Accounting Qualification preferred (ACCA/CIMA/AAT)
• Knowledge of Sage 200 (ideal).
