Finance Manager

Reed Finance are looking for a ACCA,ACA or CIMA Qualified Accountant.

To join an exciting and rapidly growing PE backed business.

The role will suit an experienced Finance Manager.

A background within a Private Equity backed company, IT company or Data business will all be preferential.

YOUR ROLE 

You will be acting as the No2 in Finance with direct reports to the Financial Director.

As the new Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Setting up a new finance system, processes, and procedures.
• Review and analyse the current finances and prepare reports for the CEO and board.
• Manage the full accounting process from daily transactions through to statutory accounts submission. 
• Maintain financial models for scenario analysis.
• Implement, maintain and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare financial statements and budgets. 
• Finance business partnering and communication to non-finance stakeholders
