Search are excited to be working with a highly acquisitive listed organisation who are currently going through a significant period of growth. This role as a Finance Manager will support both the Finance Director and Group Head of Finance with an aim to increase profitability and influence the core business and newly acquired entities.

You'll be a qualified accountant preferably from a top 10 practice and had industry experience including managing month end responsibilities, preparing budgets and forecasts and excellent technical accounting expertise.

As the organisation grows so will you, with an acknowledged and planned career path you will be fast tracked into more senior positions over the next 18 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement key improvement initiatives
  • Support on month end and group reporting
  • Support on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
  • Support on post integration projects
  • Lead on ad-hoc project work

Person:

  • ACA qualified accountant with industry based experience
  • Personable and the ability to liaise with all levels of an international business
  • Experience working in a fast paced industry
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
