Finance Manager - PE Backed Insurance Business

Company:
Join my client, a rapidly growing PE-backed Financial Services organisation, as a Finance Manager. Immediate start available!

Location:
Primarily remote, occasional travel to London offices required.

Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly management and financial accounting processes in a dynamic, change-oriented environment.
- Set up and improve financial processes, supporting finance change projects.
- Take the lead on acquisition accounting activities.

Qualifications:

- ACA qualified, ideally with a practice background and some industry experience.
- Proven experience in a change or high-growth environment.
- Advantageous to have experience in financial services.
- Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports 
- Report to the Financial Controller and CFO 

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus + benefits
