Your new role
Reporting to the FD and working alongside the FC you will be part of a hands on team delivering support on preparation of monthly management accounts, year end submissions, preparation of year end tax papers and weekly bank reconciliations for the main trading bank account . You will support commercial decision making with the production of monthly reports and provide support to the FD as and when required on ad-hoc tasks e.g. raising of new finance, liaising with 3rd party funders etc. By nature the role is extremely varied and with a flat structure in finance you are likely to get involved in all aspects of the department including supervision of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified or qualified by experience accountant with extensive experience in SME companies. You will be hands on with a wide portfolio of accounting skills. Demonstrable experience of dealing at all levels in an organisation is essential. Construction or manufacturing experience would be useful but not essential.
