Finance Director

Reed Finance is partnering exclusively with a market-leading, owner-managed manufacturing SME based in Stroud recruiting for a Finance Director.

Salary £90,000-£100,000 + generous package.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with ample scope to add value and potential scope to step up in time to CEO.

This is a hands-on role with responsibilities including:

• Monthly management accounts, forecasts and financial reports to the Board
• Annual statutory accounts and audit
• Annual budgets
• Ensuring all tax returns are submitted and paid accurately and on time
• Cash management, including regular forecasts and foreign exchange forward contracts
• Ensuring adequate financial controls
• Supervision of small Finance team
• Other ad hoc reports, projects and problem-solving as necessary
• Supporting decision making, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team
