This is an opportunity to join a World-first Private Equity backed luxury start up. These entrepreneurial founders are now taking the business to the next stage, building on the both ecommerce and retail foundations already in place. We are looking for a Finance Director to join the team and grow the business with the leadership team. This is a number one finance position and will take responsibility for everything including strategy, systems, commercial, management, financial and transactional accounting. This successful candidate will be a great all rounder and willing to turn their hand to anything and everything.

The Finance Director will be responsible for driving the metrics processes and forecasting to support growth and decision making, playing a key role in the strategic direction of the company and ensuring financial success. Finance Director Package

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow finance operations
• Drive metrics, processes and forecasting
• Develop and provide accurate and clear financial reporting
• Establish a culture of Financial Business Partnering across the business, creating and maintaining relationships cross functionally
• Investor relationship
• Manage financial performance and provide regular updates against budget, forecast and strategy
• Provide first class commercial insight and recommendations
• Board reporting

Finance DirectorPerson profile

• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
• Desire to work in a rapidly growing and fast past environment
• Retail, e-commerce, apparel, fashion or luxury industry experience
• PE experience will be beneficial
• 'roll up your sleeves' attitude
• Excellent commercial intelligence
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
