We’re recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised organisation who specialise in providing cutting-edge solutions within a notable supply chain. What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to, and working closely with the CEO, the Finance Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing a comprehensive financial service including encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will spearhead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with our business objectives, driving profitability and sustainable growth.

This hands-on position presents a unique opportunity to effect substantial change and influence the trajectory of the company's future.

Are you an accomplished and technically proficient Financial Controller or Finance Director? Do you boast strong IT acumen and a track record of working with ERP Systems? What we need you to bring to the business:

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Excellent academic record of achievement
• Previous finance leadership experience within fast paced, international environments
• Excellent time management, organisational and problem solving skills - the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Previous team management experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels both internally and externally
• Emotionally intelligent - able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Highly proficient with financial systems and modelling
