Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyse financial data, providing insights and commentary to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Improve KPI reporting to streamline processes and support better decision-making across the business.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and commercial leadership teams as the finance partner.
  • Contribute to strategic and day-to-day decisions as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Previous experience?
  • Strong operational background in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Improving KPI reporting within a manufacturing business
  • Helped stakeholders in understanding, controlling, managing, and forecasting spending in line with the budget
