We have an opportunity with a privately owned SME for a Finance Business Partner, as with most Finance Business Partnering roles you'll be critical to telling the story of the numbers, aiding decision making but this role is destined to lead to a much more strategic role. If your strengths lie in business partnering and you have the ambitions to become a Finance Director, this role will see you naturally succeed the current Finance Director as they plan to exit the business in the next 12-24 months.

This is an excellent all-encompassing opportunity to step into Finance Director for the first time, 

Responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the management information that is produced, demonstrating the ability to articulate commentary to the SLT 
  • Re-design and implement a KPI matrix fit for purpose
  • Be the finance business partner to the operation and commercial  leadership team
  • Be part of the senior leadership team and contribute to strategy and day-to-day running of the business
To be considered for this great opportunity you will be able to demonstrate a strong operational background in business partnering with a proven track in systems development, ideally with the following;
  • Experience in developing standard cost reporting
  • Have the clear ambition of becoming a Finance Director
