Finance Business Partner | Central Manchester + Hybrid | ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified | £60,000-£65,000 + bonus + benefits

Job Overview:

Axon Moore are partnering exclusively with a global leader in the professional services industry who are looking to bring on board a Finance Business Partner. As a consequence of several internal promotions, a need has been identified to bring on before a Qualified Accountant into this commercial focused position.
The position will work closely with divisional leaders to support and develop working relationships across the business, providing financial advice to aid strategic and operational decision making.

The successful applicant must be passionate about driving growth and business performance, coupled with a commercial acumen to provide essential insight into the company performance.

Typical candidates will be ACA/ ACCA or CIMA Qualified with excellent experience working in commercially focused roles in a large business.

Salary: £60,000-£65,000
Additional info: Discretionary bonus, Hybrid working, 25 days annual leave, inflated pension, various health cover offers plus more.
Location: Central Manchester

Main Duties:

• Partner alongside Divisional leads to obtain a strong understanding of performance indicators supporting the divisions ongoing strategy for growth.
• Support monthly and full year planning process through effective forecasting.
• Contribute to the “big picture” planning process to aid commercial and investment decisions.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships to improve business decision making.
• Communicate results to senior leaders within the business, providing critical insight into performance of their areas and what actions need to be taken.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting and KPI’s on business performance.
• Attend cross-divisional finance team meetings to input and contribute to various initiatives.

Person Specification:

• ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified.
• Relevant experience of commercial analytics.
• Experience working in a similar role and setting.
• Able to support the business function and senior management team.
• Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.
• Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skill set.
