Finance Business Partner 

Are you a strong Finance Business Partner who enjoys working within a fast-paced business with a high degree of autonomy, having the opportunity to develop their own ideas and add value? If this sound like you, we would love to hear from you.

The important part:

  • Title: Finance Business Partner
  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
  • Hybrid Working

How you will spend your time:

  • Liaising with senior management, heads of departments and other key leadership figures.
  • Preparing financial and strategic plans for individual departments and the wider organisation.
  • Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget.
  • Analysing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for management.
  • Creating financial models from scratch to predict growth and forecast performance and carry out scenario planning.

This opportunity is great for you if:

  • Be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified – Would look at QBE candidates
  • Previous experience within industry as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar role 
  • Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
  • Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
