FINANCE ASSISTANT - ASAP START - SWINDON - 4-8 WEEKS ASSIGNMENT

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Swindon that are looking for a full-time Finance Assistant to join the team ASAP until end of April/May 2024.

• Processing invoices, credit notes & staff expenses to Sage 50.
• Scanning invoices to Virtual Cabinet.
• Prepare Payment runs via Bank.
• Assist with Bank reconciliation.
• Payment processing.
• Credit Cards processing and reconciliation.
• Deal with supplier queries.
• Maintenance of Accounts Payable ledger.
• Matching Invoices to Purchase Orders in Redthorn ERP System.
• Follow up price differences with relevant stakeholders.
• Sales Invoice printing.
