Finance Assistant
Our client is a hugely successful business in the build to rent sector and they are looking to bolster their finance team with the addition of a finance assistant.
This role will support the finance manager with transactional finance duties whilst working from modern open plan offices in Harrogate.
We feel this role would suit an engaging individual at the early stages of their career looking to progress within a growing and successful business.
Main duties of the role:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Ledger reconciliation for multiple ledgers
- Accounts Payable - Processing Invoices, Statement Checks & Preparing Payment Runs.
- Preparing Payroll Schedules
- Processing intercompany transactions
- Supplier Statement Reviews
- Ensuring the accuracy of all charges and credits posted to individual accounts and verify the accuracy of balances of Accounts.
- Involvement in month end processes including Accruals, Prepayments & Reporting.
- Producing reports for internal review.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
