Description

  • Purchase ledger posting
  • Providing financial assistance and support to the finance team.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Participating in the execution of financial audits.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Processing invoices, managing payroll, and maintaining financial records.
  • Assisting with the resolution of financial disputes and queries.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimise financial procedures and systems.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a financial role.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Sage/Xero/Quickbooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
