Partnering directly with the sales and logistics you will identify what is driving sales and profit performance and help define priorities and actions to deliver results. This will involve:
*Understanding the impact of each project
*Identifying underperformance and measuring the effectiveness of new initiatives
*Setting sales targets, making sure there is buy-in and ownership from key stakeholders
*Produce and develop performance reporting
The successful applicant will be either qualified by experience or a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with great commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Prior experience gained within a similar finance role would be advantageous.
