Finance Administrator

Hybrid working

£25,000 - £30,000

Bolton

This Finance Administrator role is the perfect blend of Accounting and Administration. You'llbe supporting the Finance Director and HR Manager ensuring that finance and operations both run smoothly.

Your role holds equal significance alongside that of the Financial Controller. The smooth functioning of day-to-day accounting and office support is integral to the overall success of the business. You're encouraged to work autonomously, so you must be proactive and want to use your initiative.

Not everyone wants immediate progression andthat's ok, this would suit someone who enjoys the mental challenges of finance but still wants the diverse workload of an administrative role. The Financial Controller is happy to develop you at your own pace sothere is no pressure for you to progress.

I've looked at other Finance Administrator roles in Bolton andit's safe to say this business is paying an extremely competitive salary. Alongside this, you're offered hybrid working, incentives and targets for guaranteed pay rises, and bi-yearly salary reviews. I met the FC and wow! You couldn't meet anyone more genuine or down to earth.

Because of the industry, there is still going to be so much to learn, so you're only going to broaden and strengthen your skillset. I encourage any Finance Administrator who wants a healthy work-life balance and two fantastic mentors to apply.
