Finance Administrator

Robert Half has partnered with a global building management business to recruit for a Finance Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in a role that merges data and finance. The position offers the chance to engage with various facets of the business, providing support for finance inquiries and managing ERP systems. For the right candidate, this role offers:

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum + hybrid working (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and amendment of Vendor, Customers, and Employee Master data in the ERP system.
• Regular review of existing master data for completeness, accuracy, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Updating Job and Job task codes in the NAV system based on tickets from the finance teams.
• Engagement in meetings with other team members, finance, and other central teams.
• Management of special projects as needed, alongside daily activities.
• Support with finance-related queries.
• Reconciling Data from different sources & ensuring files are updated by working with the IT, Fleet & Payroll teams.
• Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a finance admin, credit control, or accounts assistant role.
• Strong attention to detail.
