Within this role you will report to the Valuations Manager and provide administrative support in relation to archiving and fillings.
Ideally you will have an administrative background with some knowledge with archiving (not essential as they will train you on the relevant software/spreadsheets). They will need to log all boxes/files, arrange for collection and ensure that they are sent off-site in a timely manner. They will also be tasked with scanning paperwork and any other ad-hoc duties
Key responsibilities include:
-Assisting the team with general administrative support
-Other adhoc duties as required
You will be keen and eager to learn with some administrative experience. You will have great attention to detail, be proactive and hands-on and have strong IT skills
