Job Title: Field Support Technician - (Leeds, £40,000)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Field Support Technician to join a well-established IT company.

The successful candidate will be based in Leeds and will be expected to travel to other sites across Yorkshire.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide technical support to the company's clients. This includes troubleshooting, resolving technical and software queries, and providing on-site training and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and software queries
Provide on-site training and support
Install and configure software
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Monitor system performance
Provide technical advice to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience Required:
Strong technical background in IT
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Proficient in computer software applications
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with Windows Operating systems and environments
Experience with Linux would be beneficial
