Field Service Engineer

Are you an experience electro-mechanical engineer looking for a new opportunity?

Exciting opportunity to work in Coffee sector as a field service engineer.

  • Locations Available : North London, East London, South London, West London
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 weekends
  • Basic Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
  • Number of Roles: 4
  • Job Type: Permanent

The Package:

  • Weekend overtime rate is £24ph
  • Bank holiday Overtime rate is £32ph
  • Door to Door
  • 5% annual bonus potential of basic salary
  • Death in Service. 4 times annual salary to a nominated person
  • Private Medical Insurance (Taxable Benefit)
  • Company Van. Available for private use (Taxable Benefit)
  • Full Uniform/PPE
  • Laptop, Mobile phone
  • Company Credit Card and Fuel card (Company use only)
  • Company Pension Scheme. WMF pays 10%
  • 25 days annual leave

Duties:

  • Install, commission, and set up the commercial coffee equipment.
  • Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services.
  • Attend re-active break down and repair call outs.
  • Operator training (e.g. Operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
  • Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in Service Van
  • To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required)
  • To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business.
  • Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 weekends working on call.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Skilled engineer with previous coffee industry experience in however experience in another electro-mechanical field service role would be considered.
