About the Role:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be working with Toshiba, Ricoh and Kyocera products on a daily basis repairing and servicing both mono and colour printers using your experience and knowledge of connecting and configuring digital devices on computer networks in a variety of organisations whilst exceeding expectations and adhering to their Customer Excellence ethos.
Working closely with their Call Control team, you will manage your workload effectively and report accurately and timely all activities as required.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate competence in photocopier maintenance and have attended manufacturer training courses.
A strong work ethic is required, along with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Confidence to problem manage and time management skills are essential to ensure you run a tight ship and prioritise your workload effectively.
It is essential you always create a professional relationship with their customers to achieve customer loyalty and escalate issues if necessary to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible.
