We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our well established recruitment branch in Darlington. We are one of the leading Healthcare recruitment consultancies in the UK, with over 40 recruitment consultants across 12 branches around the country.

The Healthcare sector is booming at the moment and we are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to help with the demand from our clients. We provide care and support staff to a large number of care providers and facilities every day, for both short and long term assignments.

The role:

• Conducting Client Care Needs Assessments
• Developing appropriate care plans & ensuring they are kept up to date
• Conducting carer assessments, supervisions and annual appraisals
• Dealing with queries and complaints regarding Client care ensuring that complaints are investigated in line with our complaints policy
• Take part in the On Call rota

About you:

• QCF Level 4 in Diploma in Health & Social Care (Ideally)
• Holder of a QCF or NVQ4 in Management (Ideally)
• Solid experience in a care home / homecare environment
• Proven ability to write excellent person centred and outcome based care plans
• Ability to conduct effective carer assessments and supervisions
• Excellent organisation skills
• In depth knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation in the Homecare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in (or willing to learn) delivering mandatory training to our Carers.
• Able to demonstrate outstanding customer care
