  • Position: Part-Time/Full-Time
  • Role type: Temporary/Permanent

  • Rate: £25p/h - £35p/h including holiday pay

To be a successful Lecturer/Assessor with Reed FE, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications, or be willing to work towards them:

  • A teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, PGCE, or certificate in education
  • An assessors' qualification such as A1, D33/D34, CAVA, TAQA, or IQA
  • A level 3 or equivalent qualification in your subject area
  • The ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
  • The experience of working with 16-19-year-olds in an educational or apprenticeship setting
  • A level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
