Full Time / Part-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm (35 hours)

The Role:

As a Solicitor in a family law department, you will be managing a caseload focused on financial disputes and providing support in complex cases.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee files related to divorce, financial arrangements, and domestic issues.
• Meet and exceed predetermined performance metrics.
• Contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts both online and offline.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Family Solicitor or in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of PQE in family law with a focus on financial issues.
• Background in Children's Care
• Experience in Legal Aid
• Children's Panel membership
• Established guardianship contacts
• Strong written communication skills.
