This client are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters, and the ability to provide empathetic and practical advice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they fully understand their rights and options
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE
• Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy and a client-centric approach to legal practice
• Strong organizational and time management skills
